No — and this is by design, not a limitation we could lift if we wanted to. Backup files are encrypted with a password only you know; we never receive or store it. If it's forgotten, that specific backup is permanently unreadable. Your live data in the app is unaffected either way.
Nothing beyond a single hidden folder Google reserves specifically for apps to store their own data in (the drive.appdata scope). Quota cannot browse, read or modify any other file in your Drive.
